When do the chicks or ducks hatch? Chicks and ducks typically hatch on Day 21, which is usually a Monday. Regardless of whether you received your eggs on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, hatch day will still be the following Monday.
When do the chicks or ducks return to the farm? They are returned to the farm on the Friday after hatch day.
What happens to the chicks or ducks after the program? After they return to the farm, they are placed with local families who raise them.
How far do you travel? We travel up to 3 hours from the farm, depending on the program and location.
Do you serve New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York? Yes. We regularly serve Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, along with surrounding areas within our travel range.
Do you accept purchase orders? Yes, we accept purchase orders (POs) for schools and organizations.
Are you insured? Yes, we are fully insured.
Do your employees have background checks? Yes, all employees have complete background checks.
Do you allow visits on the farm? Not without scheduling and we do charge, unless you are there to pick up a program.
